They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

Good doctor--caring and compassionate. Most times I wait at least 20-30 minutes though.
