Office is pleasant. Records appear not to be computerized. Last visit I was left in the examining room 45" with nobody explaining the delay or apologizing for it.

Dr Brown was well recommended. He did cataract surgery on both my eyes. I am still having trouble esp. driving/ I do ask him questions but he tends to answer in v. long paragraphs and I am not getting "just the facts."

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
