Love Dr Irani...the wait is sometimes long but I wont go elsewhere...She always takes her time to talk to me without rushing the visit. I would definitely recommend this doctor!

I had been a patient for years until the incompetence of this practice became impossible to overlook. The staff is rude and the facilities are dirty. The doctors are overwhelmed with patients so there are always very long waiting times both in the office then again in the examination room. I have had to take the remainder of my work days off because the 2 hours I normally allotted for doctor visits were never enough for that office. By the time the doctor came in, they had very little time to explain anything, despite being told surgery was in order. I have had paperwork gone missing and had to track down staff myself to book surgeries because phone calls were rarely returned. When I finally decided to find another practice and needed my records for the new doctor, they treated me like I had done something wrong and refused to give me my medical records for 30 days. Citing it was their right by law to do so. I could not believe my ears. This doctor was willing to put my health at risk, by holding back my medical chart, purely out of spite. How this is allowed is beyond me. I allowed this relationship to go on far too long - I really do hope this will help someone else make a better informed decision.
