They were rather rude during my visit. I didn't feel like I was being treated with a whole lot of respect. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment.
