Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. All of my questions were answered thoroughly during my appointment. I was given so much information; it really helped me out a lot. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. One thing I appreciated was that the chairs in their waiting room were way above average. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs. I could have easily fallen asleep while waiting for my appointment. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
