Dr. Altman's scheduling assistant was among the best front office personnel I have encountered: calm, organized, responsive and empathetic. She did the job and got us seen quickly and followed up with all the needed paperwork. The doctor himself was precise, responsive to questions and exuded confidence, setting us at ease in a very tense situation. We greatly appreciated the professionalism displayed by all involved.
