I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
