Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more.
