Noonan seems like a nice enough guy initially, but he doesn't seem to remember the goals he set during the prior visit (forgets them every time) and often says the opposite of what he last told me. He is not able to handle any questions about prognosis. He seems to take them as criticism, rather than simply participation in treatment, and reacts with extreme defensiveness and even criticism of the patient. It has been very difficult for me to return after such difficult appointments, and I have decided not to continue seeing him.
