Buyer beware!!! Have your eyes tested here but DO NOT BUY your glasses here. My wife bought her glasses here and they are a disaster. She went back with them and got NO satisfaction. These glasses cos $600.00 plus. When she bends over they fall to the floor. When you lay them upside down on a table they are so far out of line they rock back and fourth. Folks...Get your glasses where there is a guarantee and it aint there.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. After reading some above feedback, I admit I was a bit hesitant to use Dr. Newell, thinking that she may be as the review had stated. Going in the office I was immediately put to ease by the "PEACEFULNESS" of the office. I admit I was still hesitant to meet the Dr. I think I expected this non caring person as the reviews had written. I learned a HUGE lesson today..Not only did I meet one of the most kind, compassionate and knowledgeable person, I met a lady with a peace about her that calmed me. I learned that maybe, just maybe the reviewer who had said some pretty harsh things, may have just been having a rough day, or even week..To my delight, she helped me through my exam, explained everything as we went along, and she just had a PEACE about her that I cannot put into words. So never will I read bad reviews and make a judgement on people. I left her office feeling so light and ok with everything. I knew without a DOUBT, I had just been with a very well educated Dr. who cares about ALL of her patients. To anyone reading this, please note Dr. Newell is the best!!!! She WOW'D me!!!!! Her peace and knowledge gave me confidence that I was in the best hands in MAINE!!! I trust my EYES with her any day!!!!!! DO the same!!! 100 stars!!!!
