Forensic Chiropractors are trained to meet the criteria of Federal Rule of Evidence 702 pertaining to expert witnesses. Dr. Kenney has passed the Certification Examination as an Independent Chiropractic Forensic Medical Examiner administered by the International Board of Forensic Scientists and Examiners.
