I stood in the hospital lobby and felt "what just happened?". The office felt rushed and the person taking me to a room walked three times faster than I could which is annoying. They acknowledged me but rushed me in and out of the office. My questions were answered so fast that I felt I shouldn't be taking up time with them and I wasn't understanding the answers. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me; I was a number. Someone (no idea of their title) came in with a boot cast and pretty much handed it to me; didn't volunteer info on adjusting it until I asked and since I hadn't scheduled surgery, I'm not sure why it was even given to me that day, but I felt so rushed I didn't ask the questions I should have. I do understand Dr. Colman has an exellent medical reputation but I've still put off surgery and am getting a second opinion from someone I might feel more comfortable with. .
