The waiting room here is very spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. When I arrived for my appointment the staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

My visit to Dr Verani was horrible. Horrible staff (they obviously didn't want to be working there), horrible attitudes from everyone including the nurse/ receptionist. I inquired who my nurse's supervisor was so that I could make a complaint and was refused access to the person, his/her name and contact information. This woman tried to tell me my 11 yr old son could not get rabies from a rat bite...even though the CDC (center for disease control) clearly states that ALL mammals, including rats CAN be infected with AND transmit the rabies virus. Thank the lord my son didn't actually contract the virus or he would have been dead- all thanks to Dr. Verani's false information.
