The entire staff is very nice and professional. Unfortunately, the wait time in the waiting room as well as in the exam room before being seen is excruciatingly long. Dr. De Vera seems to overwhelm herself with patients and that is the biggest downfall to her practice. She has even forgotten to put prescriptions through for me due to her extremely busy work day.
