The Women’s Medicine Collaborative is Rhode Island’s largest multi-specialty center dedicated to caring for women at all stages of life. The Collaborative offers coordinated, patient-centered and personalized care all under one roof, including obstetric medicine, maternal-fetal medicine, women’s primary care, women’s behavioral medicine, cardiology, rheumatology, cancer services, specialty services for non-pregnant and pregnant women, and the Center for Women’s Gastrointestinal Medicine. The physicians and nurse practitioners are all board certified, with many serving as faculty at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. The Women’s Medicine Collaborative is a Lifespan partner.

The Center for Gynecologic Cancers at the Women's Medicine Collaborative provides specialized cancer care in a comfortable and compassionate setting.
Our clinical team offers non-surgical and surgical treatment options to provide individualized care for women diagnosed with or at high risk of developing cancers of the reproductive system.
The Center for Gynecologic Cancers partners with the Comprehensive Cancer Center at Rhode Island Hospital, The Miriam Hospital and Newport Hospital, which gives our patients access to a vast array of resources and clinical expertise.
What We Treat
Our clinical team has expertise in all types of gynecologic cancers and conditions including:

◦Endometrial cancer and other uterine cancers

◦Primary peritoneal cancer
◦Vaginal cancer
◦Vulvar cancer
◦Fallopian tube cancer
◦Gestational trophoblastic disease

This network offers the latest discoveries and technologies, as well as access to four infusion centers for chemotherapy, the most advanced radiation therapies, labs, medical imaging and other services at clinics and offices across the state.
Ours is the only gynecologic oncology service in Rhode Island that provides care in full-service academic hospitals.
