They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

He's been my daughter's ophthalmologist since birth and she is now 4. He also has been my son's doctor since birth and he is now 2. He did cataract surgery on my son at 4 months and his another doctor in his office has been his contact lens doctor. The staff have been endlessly patient and helpful. They all love kids and it shows every time we go, which has been quite often over the last four plus years. It is easy to get to as it is right off the turnpike and the parking garage has plenty of parking and easy in and out. We have had some billing issues with Tufts itself but the staff at the eye care center have always been as helpful as they could be. The doctors have gone way above and beyond for us. Both my kids love the play room and I love that it is enclosed in glass and a heavy door so I am not constantly having to chase my kids while we are there. We are from western MA (1.5 hours away) and it is completely worth the drive.
