They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
