Dr. Penso is very thorough, takes as much time as necessary to listen and answer questions. She is very respectful and courteous. Highly recommended.

I request evening appointments and sometimes she is running late. Based on her taking as much time as necessary with each and every patient, it's a small price to pay.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I always tell my friends looking for a new OBGYN to go here. Its one of the best doctors offices I've ever been to.
