Unsuccessful surgery. Did not provide enough anesthesia, so pain was felt during ablation. Poor response to questions. Did not respond to letter for several months until certified letter was sent! Does not return telephone calls. Receptionist is a rude twit.

Almost every time I try to get an appointment with them, they're unavailable. It shouldn't be this difficult to get an appointment with your surgeon when you need one. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.
