His office staff did not do their job - I never received a call-back or anything regarding an appt. When I did get the appt., they couldn't find the CT scan. When I went in for the appt., i waited over an hr. for him to ask me about the CT scan and say he couldn't do any type of procedure. He could've told me that on the phone!
