I was so glad that they explained in detail my treatment's risk and benefits. I felt much more confident going into surgery. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They are so fantastic about working with me and my schedule to get an appointment time that works for me. I never have to worry about trying to fit it in my schedule or taking time off work for my appointment. They obviously took their job very seriously, and made an effort to keep up on their education. They knew about all the latest medical advancements in their field, even ones that were very recent.
