Dr. Francis saw me once, for about 20 minutes, before declaring that I had to be in surgery two days later. The supposed 2.5 hour surgery went over 9 hours, and I was paralyzed from the waist down for several weeks afterwards. Dr. Francis never spoke to me after the surgery. In fact, he closed his Mesa office which was within my HMO's boundaries. He ruined my life. DO NOT TRUST Dr. Francis, he apparently has only his own self interests at heart. I clung to a vain hope that I would recover, until the statute of limitations expired, so I was unable to sue Dr. Francis for malpractice. Do not make the same mistake I did.
