I was completely at ease during my appointment here. Upon arrival I was warmly greated and made to feel especially welcome like a much anticipated guest. She went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was offered water and a healthy snack. My husbands presence and imput was also greatly valued and appreciated. The waiting area here is extremely spacious though there was no wait at all. We had an hour visit in person, with complete focused attention and personal care. She never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. She always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. Being courteous as obviously second nature to her. She always listen to every question or concern I may have. The office was easy enough to find with clear simple directons. I'm so glad I found this midwife. Her birth assistants and apprentices were always kind, compassion and are easy to speak with as well. I was given the highest quality of care. I was always informed of my options in a clear easy to understand way. My choices were suported. This midwife is not only knowledgable in every fascet of her field. She actually cared about my family, my baby, myself, and my experience as if I were her own family.
