Doctor is 1st rate, is a shoulder specialist. Cannot see him after the 1st visit, only Physician Assistants. Office staff is mediocre at best, act like they and their schedule and time is more important than yours. Female P.A. is a contrarian and talks down to you.

I attended Dr. Schmidt's office for an MRI review. I had called in earlier to confirm my appointment, and they said Dr. is ready to see me. I went 15 minutes early. They first asked me to fill out some paperwork (which was a bit agitating since I had filled them out before). They called my name 15 minutes AFTER my appointment. I waited for another 10 minutes in the patient room before a nurse came in to ask me whether or not I had my MRIs. I explained that the medical staff of the MRI facility (which is in the same facility) had already sent them to the office. She roamed around for another 10 minutes to come back and explain a bunch of fluff to me that I already knew. I asked if anyone was going to review my MRI with me as they said they would. There was no explanation as to what was wrong and what I needed to do. She brought out a piece of paper and read off a sentence from the MRI report with medical jargon on my injury. Then she insisted that the appointment was over. Unacceptable.
