They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there.
To top off a bad appt., he actually just pulled out his tape recorder to tape the information from our appt, completely cutting off any questions we might have. Left almost in tears, so confused and was totally ignored becuz it was about my mother, who he totally ignored.
