This doctor owns his owns part of Gateway Surgical Center and was not willing to do my surgery at Phoenix Baptist Hospital where I have 100% coverage (states he goes to out pt and PBH on website) but instead only wanted me to goto Gateway and pay an out of network $750 copayment. Called offiice after told by ins. about copayment, spoke to surg scheduler who said the doctor said just cancel it then and they never even bother to call me back after accepting me as a pt. His surgical scheduler was not nice, not willing to do anything above and beyond. Asked for help getting WC because of broken leg and was given a rx and told to call a DME equipment place.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood.
