One star Only because I can't put a LOT Less...

Under NO circumstances should he even have a license.

I am one of the lucky ones that survived his butchery attempts in surgery.

He messed up my back surgery when he was in Saint George in the early 90's then he left to the Logan area. Where he killed a patient by cutting an artery. And then he sent the patient by life flight to the U of U unattended by him to just let the patient die. And yes you can find this in the news circa 1995/1997 look it up. Get his License pulled...
