I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. Let me just say, I was pretty shocked that this business was in such a bad neighborhood. It's not what I was expecting when I made the appointment and I did not feel safe. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment.

I waited for 2 hours to see Dr. Bustamante. The X-Rays from Texas Med Clinic had not arrived, so they took new x-rays with their arciach equipment. At Tex-Med you could clearly see a break, with his equipment, there was nothing. When I pointed out where it was I was rudely told to sit down and was told that he did not see anything. He spent less than five minutes with me, and did not have time to anwere any of my questions or concerns.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I really like the way the staff and the doctor treats me. Dr. Bustamante is an excellent doctor.
