They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
