Dr. Phan performed a miraculous repair of a crush injury of distal forearm which healed without any evidence of fracture in a patient with osteopenia.
I know! I saw the arm pre and post op.....Dr. Phan is nothing short of orthopeadic excellence.
With another patient, Dr. Phan repaired an incomplete rotator cuff on an arm that was injured many months ago with significant sclerosis. The arm was successfully repaired with great difficulty due to youth of the pateint and his strength. Dr. Phan completed this surgery without any issue and the arm has performed like it was never injured.
Dr. Phan is a incredible physician but more importantly, a humanitarian.

My father-in-law accidentally got his hand in electric saw and severely damaged his left hand and was straight away taken to Methodist Sugarland where Dr.Vincent Phan was on duty. He was a hand surgeon and could have taken the best steps to save his blood and conducted the surgery but he just did initial cleaning and told him to pay $700. My father-in-law is a handy man and couldnt afford that. Dr.Vincent was not letting him go and then he just had $100 in his pocket and paid that to him to be allowed to go home.Then Dr.Phan told my father in law to see him again next day for surgery and bring the remaining amount there. My father did not have any money as he hardly makes enough to bring bread and butter. And tried to go to St.Christus to have a free or discounted surgery but they denied saying that only Dr.Vincent is responsible for your injury so see him.We again came to see Dr.Phan but he did not even call and offer a seat in his office. All his staff wanted was payment of pending payment. We have documented proof that thumb is lacerated and fractured, other two fingers are severely torn but that Doctor Vincent DENIED THE SERVICES. I managed to pay $100 at the front desk to at least see the face of doctor Vincent. Even after paying one more hundred he called us inside and did not offer a seat and just told that "YOU CANNOT AFFORD MY SURGERY,I CANNOT DO ANYTHING". He did not help us in anyyyyyyyyyyyy regard. We even requested for installment or any possibility of managing payments but Dr.Vincent completely ignored our request. HE DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE TO BE CALLED A DOCTOR.HE IS A MONSTER INSIDE A SCRUB.NEVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRR EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR GO TO HIM.WE ARE DEFINITELY GOING TO DRAG HIM TO THE COURT OF LAW FOR HIS UNETHICAL AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR.
