One of the things that was horrible about this experience is the amount of time that you spend in the waiting room. I have had my son there more than 10 times and have never spent less than 3 hours waiting. He had the first surgery appointment of the day and the Dr. was an hour late for that. While Dr. Young is a pleasant man, his nurse is one of the most rude people I've ever met. They take days to return phone calls and she's rude when she does call back. My son was there for a knee injury and after surgery, it is worse than it was before and Dr. Young is sending him off to another doctor. A cyst that was in the knee at the time of the first surgery wasn't taken out like the doctor said he was going to and my son lives in constant pain. The referral that Dr. Young said he was going to give to a new orthopedic has yet to come - 5 weeks later even though the nurse stated to both myself and the insurance company that it was done. There is nothing harder than watching your child in tears every day and having a doctor not care or provide the most basic of treatment to keep them comfortable or get the stated referral to a new doctor. Awful!
