GREAT Doctor. Had problems with my shoulders. He saved me a lot of pain by taking care of the problem with physical therapy instead of surgery. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in for my appointment. I only had about a 25 min. wait. My problem arose when I called back after 2 weeks when my thumb didn't improve. I had to leave a messg. with the woman who handles the surgeries. I left my messg. I was told on the recording not to make multiple calls to her. Two weeks went by, no return call. After I returned from vacation a week later I called again. Another week has gone by and I still have not heard from Dr. Gannaway's office. I am going to request another referral from my primary care physician and am furious that I will have to pay another specialist co-pay. I have never had such unprofessional treatment in my life. My only assumption is
Dr. Gannaway must not need me as his patient.
