They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
