They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered but not always truthfully. Anything that would appear to be their mistake or unexplainable was answered with sarcasim or some silly answer that made no sense. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better if I can find it.
