They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
