Poor bedside manner, barefoot spoke to me at post op. His office staff at Bustleton is the worst, they never return calls, filling out fmla and disability paperwork Is a nightmare before and after surgery. You would think they were extremely busy but when you go to the office they just sit arround. Please find another doctor or office or you will be stressed instead of recouping.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
