They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office.
