I am writing after seeing Doctor Shamsis for the first time. I found him to be incredibly concerned with my health and my specific problems.
He took me in and had a good 25 minute talk with me and asked if I could come back for surgery on Wednesday! I was shocked that he fit me in, and I am sure that it is a slight pain for him because it is at 6 AM this coming Wednesday, (October 18, 2017). I will write again after my colonoscopy and my endoscopy.

I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well.
