Dr Morris is a good doctor but his staff is totally unreliable. They have truly lost focus of their mission/calling. It is extremely hard to speak with nurse and to make timely appointments. I am done with this office. I called to speak with a nurse because I am still having issues and tests have been done and next appointment is 5 months away. The time was 11:50 am. The person who answered the phone stated the nurses are at lunch and to call back at 2pm. I called back at 2pm and the same person said the nurse is on another line and maybe she can answer my questions. Of course she could not and she offered to take a message this time and afterwards stated that they close at 4pm and the nurse might have to call me another day. Of course, this not the first time for them not following up. But it is the last straw for me.

I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
