First of all i have no problem with dr. Kim i feel like he has always taken good care of me and both of my kids that see him as well. He has always taken the time to answer any and all questions and addressed them correctly. However the problem i have is with his NURSE she is one of the most rudest people i have ever met in my life that works in that type of field. It hasnt just happened on one occasion it has happened not only in the office but over the phone also.I mean i get that people have bad days and i gave her the benefit of the doubt too many times. I dont understand how someone who has an occupation in that field can be so careless and rude of others feelings. She needs to take a patient care class or maybe just NOT do that type of work. Unfortunately sometimes your reception/nurse can ruin your business and chase patients away. I have been seriously considering looking for a new Dr.
