I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
