The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper so I had to use a toilet seat cover. They were somewhat friendly. I was comfortable there. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I was impressed with their office equipment. Everything was current and met safety standards. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I waited for 2 hours and more for endoscopy without eating almost 24 hours this is not how to schedule an appointment for someone who has not eaten anything never again ohh by the way it's the Astoria office
