One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I had to wait a few months to get an appointment but I eventually got in. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated.
