I have not seen this doc. in 3 years...since we moved from the area. I received a collection call today saying we owed $25.00 for a missed appointment that was schduled for after we had moved from the area. We had called and cancelled this appointment. I called the doctor office and they pulled the records and are insisting that they did not make a mistake and that we did not cancel the appointment. They are refusing to do anything about this now. Told me if I had called sooner they might could have helped...How can I call when this is the first I have heard of this? Wow...they must be hurting to try and collect $25.00 after 3 years on something that is not valid.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
