When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. He is not a pediatric doctor and would not contact my daughters previous pediatric rheumatologist in another state when I asked him to. He seems to think he knows everything and was very hung up on talking about his accomplishments, even the ones that had no effect on my daughters situation.
