I always have to wait several weeks to get an appointment. I've been going here for months and they still can't even remember my name. I think they view me more as a number or a Medicare cash cow than an actual person. They maintained a minimum of courteous behavior during my appointment.
The doctor nagged me about quitting smoking and when I did decide to take the leap, he didn't know how to write the prescription correctly nor the Medicaid [MediCal] procedures for covering the prescription [have to call 1-800-No Butts to get certification before the pharmacy can fill it]
