I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed.
