I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up.
