I went to Dr. Fine for Juvederm Dermal Filler injections and it was the WORST mistake of my life!! He put way too much in and injected it in the WRONG way!! I had horribly big bulges under both eyes and I was so black & blue it looked like someone beat me up. I was not able to close my eyes completely and when I would shower or wash my face, my eyes would burn and become very irritated from the soap/water. My eyes were dry and scratchy because I couldn't close them all the way. After days of trying to contact/see him, I was given the "message" to ice and massage the area. I tried to tell the staff that I needed to SEE the Dr. because something was terribly wrong. After more than a week I finally saw him and he was very aloof and said I needed MORE injected. I refused and suffered like that for 3 months. Finally I went for a 2nd opinion. I had to have further injections of Vitrase put under my eyes to dissolve what he put in. When I called Dr. Fine to tell him what the 2nd Dr.'s report was he said, (and I quote) "oh, ok, well if there's anything else let me know." I never spoke to or saw Dr. Fine again. He DID NOT know what he was doing and I paid the price for his ineptness.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were one of the most courteous, respectful surgeons I've ever met, and I've met quite a few. They had one of the best magazine selections in the waiting room that I've ever seen at any doctor. It was obvious that they cared about making sure their patients were entertained while they waited. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed.
