Painless extractions! He's the best!

We as consumers must be used to poor customer service because I can't believe the number of people that think this guy is a good dentist! This is by far is the WORST dentist I've ever been to. Not only did I wait an hour and forty five minutes for my appt, Dr. Ruckert was rude, impatient, rough and in a big hurry to RIP my tooth out. He started the appt with his speech and didn't want to hear let alone answer any of my questions. He was more interested in telling me how fast he could pull my tooth, really?? After one shot of novacaine he started digging and I just abt came out of the chair because it hurt so bad, which in turn I accidently bumped his elbow, he was so mad his face turned red and he yelled at me and said DON'T EVER TOUCH ME!, YOUR LUCKY I DIDN'T PUT IN YOUR EYE!. He was truly pissed because I bumped him and needed more novacaine! Thats when he became rough as he administered more novacaine he shoved that needle so far into my jaw I cried. When he finished he said NOW GO HOME AND HAVE A BEER. I have never received such horrible care in my life, this was the worst dental experience ever! Dr. Ruckert doesnt even deserve one star.
